The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the Combined Authority) is seeking to procure a Development Partner to work in conjunction with the Combined Authority and local and regional partners to provide consultancy services for the identification and development of a West Yorkshire Urban Transit System. The Contract is likely to include a five year duration commencing from October 2020 (indicative). The procurement process is being conducted in compliance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 via Lot 1 - Multi-Disciplinary Services of the Crown Commercial Services - Project Management and Full Design Team Services Framework (RM3741). This procurement is conducted on a Closed - Invite Only basis to current suppliers who have successfully been awarded a place on Lot 1 of this Framework Agreement.
