| 1 | Specialist Nurse-led (LD or MH) Residential Placement with a Specialist MDT Team For individuals stepping down from a secure hospital or stepping up from a community setting. |
| 2 | Residential Placement with Access to MDT Short/medium term transitional placement that does not require a nurse led service. |
| 3 | Enhanced Supported Living with Access to MDT 24-hour, higher end supported living with access to a specialist MDT. |
