Description

The Authority is seeking to establish an EdTech Partner. The Supplier shall be responsible for managing a Portal through which Customers shall purchase EdTech products and services. The Contract shall commence 13 July 2021 and shall be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further two periods of 12 months (2+1+1).

Total Quantity or Scope

The potential maximum value permitted via the Contract is £5,000,000. The total value of the procurement has been recorded as a range as no work or spend is guaranteed to the successful supplier.

Renewal Options

Two year initial period, followed by two optional further 12 month periods.
