The responses received will help us shape our requirements and determine the strategy we will take to achieve our desired outcome. The Council has an ongoing requirement for Occupational Health and Wellbeing and Employee Assistance Programme services. The existing contract with People Asset Management (PAM) comes to an end in January 2022 therefore the Council is seeking to explore the options available in the market to inform the future delivery of this service.
