This Prior Information Notice (PIN) relates to a project to establish a framework agreement for the Provision of an Air Conditioning Maintenance Measured Term Contract (MTC) at the University of Strathclyde.

Total Quantity or Scope

This Contract will include, but will not be limited to; -Maintenance of chillers; - Maintenance of split air conditioning systems; - Maintenace of VRV Systems; - Maintenance of humidifiers; - Maintenance of CCUs; - Maintenance of FCUs, including all associated controls; - Provision of a 24/7 helpdesk and call out service that operates 365 days a year; and - Only suitably qualified engineers visiting sites, however, the engineer may have an accompanying apprentice.
