Scotland Excel envisages publishing a future tender opportunity on behalf of all 32 local authorities in Scotland, associate members, together with any other body, established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working)(Scotland) Act 2014. Please note the exact procurement process to be adopted and the lotting structure have yet to be determined and therefore may change from those stated in this notice. At this stage, there is an opportunity for interested parties to meet with Scotland Excel to discuss this upcoming framework. We would like to invite suppliers to contact Scotland Excel to arrange an individual online meeting or conference call (due to the current working restrictions related to the COVID-19 outbreak).
