TfL 95756 Uninsured Loss Recovery Services Transport for London (TfL) will soon start the procurement for the provision of Uninsured Loss Recovery services. TfL is now issuing this Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) d to better understand if there is supplier appetite, capacity and capability, as well as perceived risks, including risks, related to Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit. TfL will be looking for a Service Provider, responsible for effecting recoveries from third parties (and/or their insurers) when TfL incur financial loss through the loss of, or damage to TfL property by the Third Party's actions. The Service Provider will be required to take on the responsibility for collating adequate information and evidence from within TfL and from other sources to pursue the Recovery be it by Agreement or by litigation. The Service Provider will be required to oversee and manage and/or advise the whole process to its conclusion.
