It contains a range of facilities including a large sports hall suitable for badminton; small hall; fitness suite; changing rooms; kitchen; foyer and seating area. Didcot Town Council need advice from a specialist leisure provider on planning and stategy for the building; tender options; analysis of tenders; procurement; options to run in-house; legal assistance with documentation and the transition to getting the building open and in use as a well loved public facility. Sealed tenders must be received by Didcot Town Council by 1.00pm on 4th August 2021.
