Data Transformation Future State Architecture

The requirement is to take the existing high level technical architecture design for D&A future state technology through the development lifecycle to production, i.e. through detailed design, build, test to deployment adhering to DWP's Enterprise Architecture, (Application Reference Architecture, Data Reference Architecture) and Data strategies. Technology delivery will follow an agreed roadmap and timeline that supports D&A delivery of new and enhanced data services, data capabilities and new ways of working described in D&As Target Operating Model, (TOM). Build out of the TOM is underway. To achieve early return on investment, it is vital that the build out of the technical architecture to underpin the new data services and capabilities follows the same momentum and this requirement is included in the service contract. This replaces the former DWP Technical Vision contract that can no longer be extended.
