Expression of Interest for Ladywell Arena - Community Lease

Lewisham Council is reaching out to the community in order to see if there is an appetite to commence negotiations with the Council around entering into a lease arrangement for the continued provision of sporting and other community use at Ladywell Arena. We would also hope that the successful organisation invested their time and energy in developing ideas about diversifying and extending the use of Ladywell Arena to new audiences through creative solutions and establishing new partnerships. The Council has an expectation that an organisation will generate inward investment during the term of the lease and we fully anticipate that existing groups may come together and work in partnership.
