The Ceremonies, Culture and Queen’s Baton Relay (CCQ) Division of the OC is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified team to provide comprehensive overall planning, project management, design, production and delivery of the Live Sites programmes. The Supplier will provide a full-service solution to plan, manage, operationalise and deliver the Live Sites across the Games, including: • Strategic and operations planning, in line with budget and programme constraints • Sourcing and supply of all production and technical elements • Workforce planning and implementation • Content planning, management and implementation • Internal and external stakeholder liaison and alignment • Procurement of additional services where necessary • Games-time Live Sites delivery, maintenance and decommissioning
