The Council is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary architecturally-led design team, with demonstrable mixed tenure housing design experience, to develop a comprehensive master plan for 4 sites in Bonymaen, Swansea. Generally the services of the consultant team are envisaged to include: - Architectural design/project lead - Planning/urbanism/place-making - Landscape design/ecology/biodiversity - Civils & structural design (inc. highways & SUDs drainage) - Mechanical & electrical design - QS/cost-consultancy
