Cynon Taf Community Housing Group - Provision of Energy Performance Certificates

Description

Cynon Taf Community Housing Group wish to appoint an experienced service provider to undertake energy assessments and provide energy performance certificates for properties owned/managed by Cynon Taf Community Housing Group. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of five years. Any extension will be at the discretion of Cynon Taf Community Housing Group. The estimated contract value is c. £28,000 (exc VAT) for year one and £14,000 (exc VAT) for subsequent years. The above is based on the current / known requirements of Cynon Taf Community Housing Group.
