Description

Croydon Council requires and outcome- based Youth Health and Wellbeing Service catering specifically for ages 10 to 15. The service is expected to meet public health outcomes to improve resilience by responding to the needs of young people aged 10 to 13 most at risk of requiring statutory interventions, thereby reducing the demands on targeted services. This is a new service.

The Council is seeking to award a single contract for the provision of the Youth Health and Wellbeing Service. The contract is expected to commence on the 1st of June 2022 for a period of 3 years ending on the 31st of March 2025.
