Description
NNL are looking to appoint a supplier to design, manufacture, supply, install and commission a Fluidising Bed Chemical Vapour Deposition Coater.
Total Quantity or Scope
NNL are looking to procure a FB-CVD (Fluidised Bed Continuous Vapour Deposition) particle Overcoater in accordance with the details set out in the Procurement Specification (Appendix D) and the Functional Specification (Appendix E). This includes the design, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment on site. Training will be required for appointed site operators. NNL require management and on-going support options to be provided to ensure optimal performance is achieved, which NNL will have the option of including within the contract.
Renewal Options
A multi-year service contract may be awarded to support the operation of the equipment, leading to a potential 4 year total contract. The service contract may be re-procured at the end of the initial term.
