Objectives The primary objectives of this preliminary market engagement: Inform the market of the upcoming opportunity and seek expressions of interest. Ensure that the requirements are correctly aligned with current and best practice and are proven and affordable. Gain insight and feedback on delivery structures. Gain insight and feedback on commercial and contracting structures. Use the information gathered to inform the tender documentation in accordance with Regulation 18 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102).

Oldham Council is to acquire and extensively renovate a town Centre Grade 2 listed building adjacent to Metro-link tram stop to provide a flexible workspace building aimed at the creative and digital sector anticipated to complete and hand over in Q1, 2024. Expressions of Interest are requested from established creative work-space operators who would curate and manage the building in partnership with Oldham Council.
