Northern Trains Limited requires the appointment of a contractor to build improved access provisions at 3nr train stations including new passenger lifts and associated works including new build railway ticket office / railway office building, forecourt / public realm works and railway station telecoms works at Broad Green, Chorley and Todmorden.
