Description

Appointment of an Integrated Facilities Management Provider for the Bio-Therapeutics Hub for Innovation (BioHub). BioHub is a 69,000 square foot dedicated life sciences facility which will accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the Life Sciences cluster in the North East of Scotland. BioHub is under construction on a site at Foresterhill Health Campus in Aberdeen and scheduled for handover in November 2022.

BioHub is currently being developed on a site at Foresterhill Health Campus in Aberdeen.

Renewal Options

The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with BioAberdeen Ltd having the option to extend for up to two additional one year periods.
