This is an Award Notice and this opportunity is now closed.Hertfordshire County Council (the Council or HCC) went out to tender for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for a number of Subcontractors to provide a range of adult and community learning opportunities to target groups within the population of Hertfordshire. The Framework Agreement has been awarded.
