The successful Supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Bordesley Green Girls' School & Sixth Form.

Our pupils are rightly ambitious and they go on from our Sixth Form to the UK's top universities or to apprenticeships in some of the country's leading companies. We work hard every day to ensure our pupils receive the very best state education available and to encourage them to believe in themselves. This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful contractor guaranteeing both the number of input hours to the contract and the quality of cleaning provision. We are seeking a suitably experienced contractor who has current experience of working within the secondary school market place, ideally with a strong operational base within the Birmingham or Midlands area, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility that is to be delivered to support the contract as and when required moving forwards into this contract term. The scope of the contract covers all cleaning provision within the School buildings. The successful contractor will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month thus updating the senior management team within the School on the contract performance. NB: Please note that the successful contractor will pay a proportion of the procurement consultancy fee on award of this contract, which will be to the value of £3,000.00 plus VAT. This fee will be invoiced immediately after the 10 day standstill period. To ensure transparency, you will clearly show within your management fee a breakdown of this fee, over the initial three year length of the contract. The total fee will be paid by the successful contractor, in full to Litmus, by no later than Friday 22nd July 2022.
