Description
I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for the preparatory work for Project Jupiter and therefore we would like to award the contract to you. The call-off contract shall commence on the 28th June 2022 and the expiry date will be 27th June 2023 for a period of 12 months.The total contract value will be up to £750,000 excluding VAT. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6204 Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply. A copy of the contract is provided with this Award Letter and includes those Panel Terms and Conditions.
