Flexibility Exchange Concept Refinement

Ofgem is currently investigating the concept of a Flexibility Exchange, this is a technology that will build on and implement a number of the recommendations from the EDIT report and target the same supply chains, organisation and stakeholders as the EDIT works. The work required under the Contract is as follows: - Review context and scope of Flexibility Exchange vis a vis Digital Spine and other EDIT concepts, and provide a critique of the flexibility exchange concept; - Convene and brief finance and industry stakeholders, we envisage there will be significant cross over with EDIT stakeholders; - Create of Visualisations in support of the flexibility exchange; and - Initiating and Delivering 3 executive briefings on Flex Exchange concept to Ofgem, BEIS and DCMS as required and agreed by Ofgem.
