We are seeking a project management and delivery partner for the #BeeWell Social Prescribing Pilot, for 12 months from September 2022. The pilot is operating across 5 neighbourhoods in a total of 17 schools in Greater Manchester. The pilot has an ethos of co-production and co-design and has been informed by the finding of the first #BeeWell survey in 2021.Instructions for Completion
