Mid Sussex District Council ("the Council") invites a commercial agent/broker to submit method statements and fee proposal for an exciting opportunity to assist the Council in securing an investment in a multi-functional community facility at the Clair Hall site, located in a prime location in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The Council is seeking a commercial advisor to help to lead on the work that will be delivered in stages, starting with advising the Council on the best route to market - the agreed investment models. This will include preparing the briefing pack for the site with relevant stakeholders, based on the information gathered to date and any other information the agent/broker considers relevant. Further stages will include marketing the site, assessing the evaluation criteria and supporting the Council with negotiating and agreeing the terms of contractual agreement with prospectus partners. The Council is procuring for contractors to initially undertake stage 1, however, reserves the right to call off subsequent stages described in this brief. This is a further competition run on Lot 1 of the Homes England Property and Financial Professional Services Framework
