Description
Sovereign Housing Association ("the Authority") is seeking to establish 16 multi-supplier framework agreements ("Contractor Frameworks") for the provision of construction based works/projects to deliver new build houses in accordance with the Authority’s requirements. The Contractor Frameworks will cover the same range of works across the 16 Contractor Frameworks but will be categorised based on (i) geographical area; and (ii) the anticipated number of units to be delivered in accordance with the Authority’s requirements. Further to the above, the Authority’s requirement could range from 5 to 500 units to be delivered on and may include (but not limited to) small garage infill sites, rural exception sites, medium sized one-off schemes, and large, multi-phased developments. Interested organisations may bid for, and may be awarded a place on any number of Contractor Frameworks – there are no restrictions on the number of Contractor Frameworks a bidder may be appointed to.

The contract is divided into Lots: No YesSHA is seeking to establish 16 multi-contractor framework agreements to appoint main contractors to deliver construction-based works/projects for the SHA as follows: West Regions: Contractor Framework 1: Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bristol and Somerset (Small) – provision of works up to 15 units (Small); Contractor Framework 2: Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bristol and Somerset (Medium)– provision of works between 16 and 50 units; Contractor Framework 3: Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bristol and Somerset (Large) – provision of works over 50 units; Contractor Framework 4: Dorset (Small) – provision of works up to 15 units; Contractor Framework 5: Dorset (Medium) – provision of works between 16 and 50 units; Contractor Framework 6: Dorset (Large) – provision of works over 50 units; Contractor Framework 7: Devon (Small) – provision of works up to 15 units; Contractor Framework 8: Devon (Medium) – provision of works between 16 and 50 units; Contractor Framework 9: Devon (Large) – provision of works over 50 units; East Regions: Contractor Framework 10: Oxfordshire and Berkshire (Small) – provision of works up to 15 units; Contractor Framework 11: Oxfordshire and Berkshire (Medium) – provision of works between 16 and 50 units; Contractor Framework 12: Oxfordshire and Berkshire (Large) – provision of works over 50 units; Contractor Framework 13: Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex (Small) – provision of works up to 15 units; Contractor Framework 14: Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex (Medium) – provision of works between 16 and 50 units; Contractor Framework 15: Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex (Large) – provision of works over 50 units; and Contractor Framework 16: Isle of Wight – provision of works between 1 to over 50 units (covering the "Small", "Medium" and "Large" requirements referred to above for the other Contractor Frameworks).
