The procurement is for the supply of supplies and services in respect of the provision and configuration of a cloud-based housing management system with ongoing support and product updates throughout the contract lifespan.

The Council invited tenders for the supply of supplies and services in respect of the provision and configuration of a cloud based housing management system with ongoing support and product updates throughout the contract lifespan. The aims/objectives/service priorities of this contract are: • Provision and ongoing support of a cloud-based housing management system that will capture information relating to social housing tenancy management, application management and bidding. • Implementation services including configuration and training • Data mapping support The contract is for an initial period of 60 months with the option to extend for a further 60 months making 120 months in total.
