To offer comprehensive advice to eligible individuals within the three (3) stages of menopause: perimenopause, menopause and postmenopausal. Project Outcomes Expected deliverables/outputs • Clear process for registration • Allocation of GP appointment within 10 working days from registration • Review of family history, personal health and lifestyle history before appointment • Review of possible treatment routes and lifestyles changes and their impact • Written GP report within 10 working days from appointment • Written recommendation letter to Consultee's GP - contents to be co-produced
