FCDO (the Authority) is seeking engagement from suppliers on providing aerial intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capability to support the Turks & Caicos Islands, a British Overseas Territory. The main objective at this stage is to seek market feedback prior to launching a formal tender process later this month. Objectives of the contract are to increase the capability of Royal Turks & Caicos Police Force to detect, deter and intercept irregular migration and provide an additional anti-smuggling, search and rescue and law enforcement platform.
