Description

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is inviting tender submissions from suitable suppliers for the supply and delivery of food and drink to the Council, for parks, grounds, Sandwell Valley and events. It is intended that the contract will provide food and drink requirements for leisure, retail and hospitality functions. Lots: This contract is divided into categories of products (product lots) and suppliers are invited to bid on one or multiple lots where they are able to and are interested in providing the products required. We are seeking to engage one supplier for each lot, therefore suppliers MUST be able to supply ALL of the line items identified within that lot (see pricing documents). Designated Lots are listed in the specification. The Council proposes to enter into a Contract for an initial term of Two (2) years with a possible extension of a further two years, subject to satisfactory performance. The anticipated commencement date is 01 May 2023 to 30 April 2025.
