Description
This framework agreement is for the supply and delivery of Gas Odorants to Southern Gas Networks PLC and Scotland Gas Networks PLC. The term of the framework will be three years with the option to extend for up to a further three years.
Total Quantity or Scope
This framework is to meet SGN's requirements for gas odorants. The general scope of the framework agreement will be: - supply of odorant blends based on tertiary butyl mercaptan (TBM), - delivery of offload of the odorants to SGN locations across the UK, - manage odorant delivery schedules required to meet the odorant demand at each site, - storage of an emergency stock of gas odorant, - relevant other odorant requirements.
