Description

The Hywel Dda University Local Health Board in partnership with Ceredigion County Council has awarded contracts for the provision of Day Opportunities. The aims of the service are: The service is to enable confidence and independence, reduce the feeling of isolation, and encourage resilience and recovery where possible.
