Ofgem require a supplier to deliver a Digital Strategy to embark upon, aligning to the Digital Maturity Assessment * Establish the purpose for Ofgem's Digital capability * Map out the Drivers/Barriers to becoming (more) digital * Agree overall roadmap duration and annual budget appetite * Agree prioritisation approach (e.g. risk appetite; mandatory vs desired) * Prioritise areas for implementation based on Ease and Impact Outcomes will include Digital Strategy foundations, including a roadmap to embark upon, aligning to outcomes of a separate Digital Maturity Assessment.
