Description

The scope of work is for a managed service for the supply, upgrade, and installation of communications services and equipment across the low-pressure and high-pressure gas distributions networks • The design of the communications network solutions. • Site surveys and desktop surveys as required. • The supply of communications equipment for low-pressure and high-pressure telemetry sites. • The supply of independent power solutions for low-pressure sites. • The supply of all required equipment and enclosures needed to comply with UK/EU safety regulations (Equipment and Protective Systems Intended for Use in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2016 / ATEX 137 and 114). • The installation of all supplied equipment in accordance with UK/EU safety regulations (Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 /DSEAR). • The commissioning of supplied equipment. • The testing of all supplied equipment. • The provision of training for SGN staff. • Decommissioning of hilltop services and recycling of equipment. • Integration into SGN systems. • The programming or configuration of the supplied equipment. • General liaison with SGN staff. • To meet OT Security CAF compliance. • The documentation of new and existing works and the implementation of support processes and procedures
