Due to our unique funding makeup WRAP is considered a Contracting Authority within the UK and is therefore subject to Public Procurement Rules. We are looking for assistance rolling out training for the New Procurement Act 2023.

With the new Procurement Act 2023 due to come into effect 28th October 2024, WRAP, as a contracting authority, is looking for a training provider to assist with the training of the wider organisation within WRAP on both a generic introduction and specific topics within the Procurement Act 2023.
