Description

Southampton City Council (the Council) are seeking to develop a new children's home accommodation at 34a Westridge Rd. The proposals produced by SCC's Property Division are as follows: The works shall see conversion from a domestic home to a 4-bedroom Childrens Home. Project works to include internal refurbishment, replacement windows, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing improvements. The in-house design team shall, (though supported by the appointed contractor), retain responsibility for managing and coordinating the design and planning process on behalf of SCC throughout; all in accordance with SCC's Requirements.
