In 2014 Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust (BTHFT) outlined a strategy for a single electronic patient record (EPR). The main phase of the strategy deployed Cerner Millennium across most of the hospital in 2017 on a joint domain with Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust (CHFT). The Trust is now implementing the next phase across Theatres, Anaesthesia and Critical Care (TACC).
