Total Quantity or Scope

The provision of full maintenance service for all types Roller Shutters, Automated Doors, (bi-fold, sliding, swing), Aircraft Hangar Doors and associated access equipment on a 24/7/365 basis to the MOPAC Estate. The Estate covers 32 boroughs within the Greater London area, and a number of other locations.

Renewal Options

An initial term of three (3) years and a unilateral option of the MPS/Authority to extend for further periods of two plus two years (2+2) up to a maximum of seven (7) years.
