Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking to develop land off Mile Oak Road as part of the New Homes For Neighbourhoods Programme. (BHCC) is seeking fee proposals for the appointment of MEP Sustainability Consultant services for RIBA stages 2-3 of this project. The Council has appointed Architects to take the design to RIBA stage 3 and achieve Planning Approval, at which point a Main Contractor will be procured. The duties we will require the Employer's Agent to carry out will encompass the following roles: MEP Engineering Sustainability consultant These maybe carried out by one or more people in the Provider's organisation.
