Tender Submission Information Required: • Completed Schedule of Works • Completed Form of Tender & Certificate of Non Collusion • Contact details of 2 client references of similar work completed within the last 2 years. • Emailed to jgilbert@ddfire.gov.uk Timescales: Note that the works are planned for the Spring with a notional 14 week duration, please do feel free to return an alternative Tender with a different duration should you feel the 14 week period is not practical. Estimated Key Dates Wed 15th January 2025 - Tender release date Tue 11th February 2025 - deadline for any tender queries and site visit Tue 18th February 2025 (5pm) - Tender Return Date 19th - 26th February 2025 - Tender Assessment, Clarifications Wed 26th February 2025 - Notification of preferred tenderer Mon 10th March 2025 - Standstill period completes, formal appointment of Contractor Mon 7th April 2025 - Commencement on site (this is flexible depending on lead in times required on elements) Mon 14th July 2025 - Completion of works (contract period to be firmed up at appointment stage) Note that responses to tender queries will be communicated to all tenderers by way of a live spreadsheet (with the identities removed).
