The intent to award and believes that services will continue to provide specialist community stop smoking service for people with Severe and Enduring Mental Illness (SMI) or This is a Common Mental Health Illness (CMHI) Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice that compliments their existing in-patient service. this provider selection process has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded. This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply.
