Description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service and worked for and on behalf of NHS England - North East and Yorkshire - Specialised Commissioning (the Contracting Authority), to commission an Adult Critical Care Transfer Service to be delivered across the Yorkshire and Humber Region. The aims and objectives of the service are to provide triage, coordination, decision-support, transport and clinical care to all critically ill patients requiring transfer between hospitals.
