Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) intends to establish Framework Agreements for all Buildings Maintenance improvements and alterations across the FLS estate. FLS manages a large number of buildings (including offices, stores, workshops and deer larders) across Scotland and requires contractors to provide buildings maintenance and improvement works. This PIN notice is for prior information and market engagement only. Potential bidders who are interested in contributing their views are encouraged to complete the online Supplier Engagement Questionnaire. Forestry and Land Scotland (FLS) intends to establish Framework Agreements for all Buildings Maintenance improvements and alterations across the FLS estate. FLS manages a large number of buildings (including offices, stores, workshops and deer larders) across Scotland and requires contractors to provide buildings maintenance and improvement works. Works procured through these frameworks requires a variety of trades i.e. electrical, plumbing, joinery, painting & decorating, roofing and builders work and are called off either as emergency works, reactive or planned maintenance works. The PIN document (attached as additional information) provides maps of the proposed lot geographical areas. As part of our procurement process, we are engaging with the market on a number of key matters to inform our strategy and specification.
