Contract modification to the Whipps Cross Contract for a single point of access for all gynaecology referrals headed to Whipps Cross excluding maternity, 2ww, colposcopy and hysteroscopy. Provision of MDT community clinics offering a one stop model where appropriate to do so. The contract value over the year (from 1st December 2024) is £595,000, which is a modification to the original contract with Barts Health (the parent of Whipps Cross Hospital) of £1.185 million.

The decision to modify the contract was made at the NEL ICB Investment Review Group on 8th August 2024. The panel made the decision and includes Chief Officers from Finance and Strategy including colleagues from both directorates with expertise in contracting, procurement and commissioning. No conflicts were declared.
