North Northamptonshire Council intends to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). High level outcomes which the service is expected to make a direct contribution to: • Reducing the proportion of people experiencing unplanned pregnancies and removal of children • Reducing the proportion of people experiencing exploitation • Reducing the proportion of people with low self-reported mental health and wellbeing • Reducing the level of health inequalities Contract start date: 1st April 2025 Contract end date: 31st March 2026 This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice under Direct Award Process C. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, The provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.
