This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the 7th February 2025. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest. Through the assessment of their submission, the provider meets each of the key criteria listed as part of the PSR process.
