Department for Education is seeking to establish a new Construction Framework, as the existing Construction Framework (CF21) is set to expire in November 2025. The scope of the framework is design and build construction works for the national education state. Framework Term: The new Construction Framework will have a term of six years, with an option to extend for an additional two years (one year plus one year), starting from the date the Framework Agreements are signed. Estimated Value: The overall estimated value of the Construction Framework, as stated in the Tender Notice, is approximately £15,400,000,000. The purpose of this Preliminary Engagement Notice is to outline Market Engagements complete, Upcoming engagement activity and our expected procurement go live date.
