The Council has made this decision with a view to providing these services in-house, taking into consideration the introduction of consumer standards and changes in the regulatory environment. This notice is issued pursuant to paragraph 3.11 of the said ITT which states that the Council may withdraw the invitation to tender at any time, and also pursuant to Regulation 55 (1) (b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended and takes effect today, 10th March 2025.
