Safety Planning Outreach Work

The Safety Planning Outreach project is part of BHFT's suicide prevention work. It’s a complementary service to offer follow up support to those patients who have not met the threshold for secondary care intervention and would ordinarily have been discharged back to the care of their GP. Referred patients work with a Safety Planning Outreach Worker to get support, guidance and help in making connection with relevant community support services.The trust intend to award the contract to an existing provider under Direct Award process C of the Provider Selection Regime. The value of the contract is £83,983.40 ex VAT. The service will be provided 26/03/2025 - 25/03/2026
