This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice; the original contract award notice was published on Find a Tender, notice identifier 2025/S 000-008559. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. The approximate value of the contract is £1,116,000 (based on 3 year's cost) The contract term is for the period 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2028. There is an option to extend for a further 2 years to 31st March 2030. The date of conclusion of the contract is 5th November 2024.
