Description
Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide resurfacing and reconstruction works along the footpaths of Rosmead Street, Kingston upon Hull. The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 26 May 2025 ending by 13 June 2025 with no option to extend. The Authority has estimated the value of the works to be £95,000 overall (exclusive of VAT). The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
Award Criteria
| Total Price | Bid prices will be scored on a comparative basis with the lowest bid receiving 100% of the available marks (70% following weighting). All other bids will be compared against that lowest bid. For example: Assuming Price is weighted at 70%. Supplier A submits a price of £180,000 and Supplier B submits a price of = £200,000. Supplier A would be allocated 70% (being the least expensive i.e. 100% of the weighted score) and Supplier B would be allocated 63% ((£180,000/£200,000) x 70%). |
